The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops, a huge plus. The room provided a splendid view of the city, and the cleanliness maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff was commendable. There were some drawbacks that need attention. The bathroom had a slight flooding issue , and the paint smell was too strong at times, uncomfortable. It would also be better if the room had a way to signal for housekeeping as returning to a messy room wasn't ideal. The hotel offers a good experience but needs to enhance its attention to minor details for guest comfort.

Bathroom was immaculately clean and the room was good-sized and beautiful. The staff was all incredibly attentive. The food was great with lots of choice! The location was unbeatable and amazing: shopping centres and a market were within walking distance.

Friendly staff with hidden gems

The warm welcome at check-in was matched by a cozy room. The hotel had a lovely pool area, and I enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink. The availability of complimentary beverages throughout the day was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired with a limited selection each day. I also noticed that during peak hours, some items ran out quickly, disappointing given the otherwise upscale nature of the hotel.

the room was fully-equipped and with a wonderful view of the skyline. the bed was very comfy, had reasonably clean bathroom. location: the hotel was near the city centre, and shops. the staff were helpful and amiable too.

Beautiful building! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The pool area was nice. Friendly staff and a welcome drink were great touches. I also loved that they had free coffee and tea available all day ☕

Super clean and modern with great hot water pressure. Just watch out for water on the bathroom floor. A solid choice!

Room amenities are underwhelming. They should reconsider the limited shower products!!! Not being able to open a window is a bummer. The tiny pool didn't meet expectations for relaxation!!!

Clean room with friendly staff who helped us out when our credit card had issues. The pool area was lovely and great. They even have free coffee, tea, and water available all day, super convenient!

The staff were super nice and helped us with everything! The pool area was a chill spot after wandering around the city. The only thing is the dinner menu could use a few more options. The snack bar was a lifesaver for quick bites!

Comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. the staff is super friendly and helpful. the location is very central and convenient for exploring around. Plus, the bed is cozy for a good night's sleep 😊. the bathrooms are decently clean, making it a nice place to stay.
